Hi, I'm pretty new at working with Computer Algebra Systems, and I'm just exploring Math.Net.
My question is: How do I represent scalars with Math.NET? And how do I solve them? The solvers don't accept scalar values?

Scalars are just represented with double's in Math.Net Numerics. Equivalently you can represent them as 1 dimensional vectors if you want but it is often less efficient. Perhaps I misunderstand the question; feel free to give more details.
