Can I use math.net for my calculator app?

I want to write a calculator app for Microsoft's marketplace.  Two questions:

1)  Does math.net's license allow me to do this, without making the source code for my calculator public?

2)  Does math.net have  parser, that would turn something like x + 2sin(x) into some kind of object that I could plug in x values to get outputs?

Thanks a lot

Yes, but our file license must be included with your app or in the documentation.

No, but writing a calculator parser is pretty easy.
