Release Notes

Second beta release.
This release includes numerous bug fixes, native wrappers for ACML and MKL (do to licensing restrictions, users will have to build the providers themselves), and several breaking API changes/improvements.

This is the final beta release and we are now working on improving performance, unit tests, and documentation.

Congratulations, on the Beta 2. Great work indeed. Yet we may need more instructions on how to build the native wrappers.

I am particularly impressed by the reactivity of the developers to explain their choices in implementation and fix identified issues. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is the current lack of documentation, which I'm sure will be addressed in the future. Thumbs up!
