I also tried another library hosted on codeplex called SmartMathLibrary. There are a few extra things, which I think we can include in Math.NET. For example, a clustering analysis package including clustering algorithms like K-means, Fuzzy C-Means, etc. There are more similar possible additions available from this project.

SmartMathLibrary uses the LGPL. Unless they relicensed it to something that is MIT/X11 compatible, we couldn't merge any code from it.

ok.. By inclusion I meant including the algorithm domains like cluster analysis, optimization, etc. which need not be merged from SML, but our own code can be written using existing framework. Many of these standard algorithms are fairly easy to implement for the people familiar with the concepts.
