I can't understand the result of BluesteinForward function!

What's the meaning of "In-Place Transformation"?

In-place means that it changes the input array that was passed to contain the result once it has finished - without any copying involved. It operates directly - in place - on the input array. Hence, if you still need the original input data afterwards, you should pass a copy of that data to the FFT procedure since it will modify it. (Thinking about it, we may want to provide an overload for that scenario in the future.)

Does this help, or was the question more about what value represents what frequency in the frequency space?
